SHIPPING POLICY

Franny pieces are made to order and are dispatched within 7–10 business days following payment confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are not included in this timeframe.

Orders within Türkiye are shipped free of charge via Yurtiçi Kargo. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent using the contact details provided at checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the carrier’s operating conditions. Franny cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier; however, we will be happy to assist with any delivery-related issues.

For international orders and delivery options, please contact us before placing your order. Any customs duties, taxes or additional charges associated with international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.
