DELIVERY & RETURNS
PRODUCTION TIME
All of our garments are made to order.
Once you place an order, your piece will be carefully produced in our Istanbul atelier.
Please allow 7–10 business days for production. When your order is ready, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
SHIPPING
We currently offer shipping both within Turkey and internationally.
• Domestic shipping (within Turkey) is free of charge and sent via Yurtiçi Kargo.
• International shipping is a flat rate of 790₺ and sent via DHL or UPS depending on the destination.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• With all original tags attached
• Returned in original packaging
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@franny.com.tr with your order number.
Once your return is received and approved, you'll receive a confirmation email.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take up to 7–14 business days to appear in your account.
Domestic returns (within Turkey):
Return shipping is covered by us.
We kindly ask that you return your item via Yurtiçi Kargo. The return address and instructions will be provided via email after your request.
International returns:
Return shipping costs, customs duties, and any related charges are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and marking the parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
EXCHANGES
You may request an exchange for a different size or color of the same item within 14 days of receiving your order.
